PRICING, ORDERS & STORE POLICIES

 

Pricing & Availability

All prices displayed on the PIT324 website are set manually and are subject to change at any time without prior notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, supplier pricing, shipping costs, and import duties.

While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled at the displayed price, PIT324 reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. No additional charges will be applied without customer approval.

Product availability, lead times, and pricing are not guaranteed. Customers are encouraged to contact us prior to ordering if confirmation is required.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has been placed, it may only be cancelled or refunded within 24 hours of order placement OR before the order has entered fulfilment, whichever occurs first. Orders that have entered processing, packing, or dispatch cannot be cancelled.

Card processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.

Payment Methods & Fraud Prevention

To reduce the risk of fraud, PIT324 reserves the right to:

  • Verify billing and shipping details

  • Request additional identification or documentation

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity

Orders placed via credit card or PayPal will only be shipped to the verified billing address associated with the payment method unless an alternate address has been approved in advance by PIT324.

Any special shipping arrangements must be confirmed prior to placing an order.

International Orders, Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges:

  • Are not included at checkout unless explicitly stated

  • Are determined by local authorities

  • Are the sole responsibility of the customer

PIT324 cannot estimate, control, or refund these charges.

Orders refused, unclaimed, or delayed due to unpaid customs fees are not considered delivery failures and may result in return, abandonment, or destruction without entitlement to a refund.

Customs & Import Compliance

By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges that they are the Importer of Record and are fully responsible for complying with all import laws, regulations, and requirements of the destination country.

PIT324 does not provide customs brokerage services and is not responsible for delays, inspections, seizures, or additional requirements imposed by customs authorities.

Failure to comply with customs requirements or refusal to pay import charges does not constitute a valid reason for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

Proof of Delivery

An order is considered successfully delivered once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

PIT324 is not responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement after delivery confirmation.

Any claims of non-receipt after delivery confirmation must be resolved directly with the courier or local authorities.

Performance Parts Disclaimer

All performance parts sold by PIT324 are intended for off-road, track, or motorsport use unless otherwise stated.

Performance results may vary depending on vehicle condition, installation quality, tuning, and usage.

PIT324 does not guarantee performance gains, fitment outcomes, or road legality unless explicitly stated.

Dissatisfaction with performance results does not qualify for a refund.

Installation Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are installed by qualified professionals.

PIT324 is not responsible for damage, malfunction, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification.

Installed or attempted-to-install items are non-returnable.

Restocking & Handling Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, depending on item condition, supplier policies, and handling costs.

Original shipping, customs, and transaction fees are non-refundable.

Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

PIT324 reserves the right to request additional verification for high-value or flagged orders, including identity confirmation or address verification.

Failure to complete verification may result in order cancellation and refund at PIT324’s discretion.

Chargeback Abuse

Customers who initiate chargebacks without first contacting PIT324 for resolution may be permanently restricted from future purchases.

PIT324 reserves the right to recover losses, fees, and administrative costs associated with abusive or fraudulent chargebacks.

Policy Priority

In the event of any conflict between customer communications and published policies, the policies displayed on the PIT324 website at the time of purchase shall prevail.

Special Order & Made-to-Order Products

Certain products are manufactured or sourced specifically for a customer or vehicle configuration.

Special Order, Made-to-Order, and Pre-Order items:

  • Cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded once payment or deposit is made

  • Require full or partial upfront payment by the manufacturer

  • Are sold as final sale

Fitment is based solely on manufacturer specifications. PIT324 does not guarantee compatibility for vehicles outside the intended market.

Customers are responsible for verifying product specifications, part numbers, and applications prior to purchase. Claims of incorrect fulfilment must be submitted within five (5) days of delivery with supporting evidence.

Lead times are estimates only and may change. Manufacturing or shipping delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Shipping & Freight Damage Policy

Items Shipped from PIT324

All shipments are packed with care. Some items are shipped in manufacturer packaging and may be marked Do Not Repack (DNR).

Customers must inspect all shipments before signing for delivery.

  • Visible damage must be documented and noted with the courier at delivery

  • If damage cannot be documented, the shipment must be refused

  • Once signed as received in good condition, freight damage claims cannot be processed

Damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Late claims will be rejected.

All shipments are insured to their declared value. PIT324 is not responsible for claim outcomes but will assist where possible.

Direct Shipments from Manufacturers or Third Parties

For items shipped directly from manufacturers or distributors:

  • Packaging, shipping, and claims processes are controlled by the third party

  • Customers agree to comply with the manufacturer’s policies

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt

Carbon Fiber & Fiberglass Products

Handcrafted carbon fiber and fiberglass products may contain minor imperfections and typically require professional preparation, painting, or finishing unless otherwise stated.

Warranty coverage for cosmetic defects is determined solely by the manufacturer.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return eligibility depends on product category.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Special Order items

  • Made-to-Order items

  • Wheels requiring deposits

  • Clearance items

  • Final Sale items

PIT324 does not offer exchanges. Approved returns are processed as refunds only.

Standard Returns (If Approved)

Eligible standard items may be returned only if:

  • A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

Approved refunds exclude:

  • Card processing fees

  • Taxes, duties, and customs charges

  • Original and return shipping costs

A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Incoming Stock Cancellations

Incoming stock items (excluding wheels) may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, subject to:

  • A 15% restocking fee

  • Non-refundable card processing fees

Cancellations requested after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Wheel Orders, Deposits & Partial Payments

Wheels requiring deposits are final sale. Deposits are non-refundable.

For eligible products requiring partial payment:

  • Deposits and full payments are non-refundable

  • Remaining balance is due upon arrival

  • Final payment must be completed within 14 days

  • Orders unpaid after 21 days may be cancelled and all payments forfeited

  • Storage fees may apply

Shipping Estimates & Delivery

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. PIT324 is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, manufacturers, or events beyond our control.

Extended Storage & Abandonment

Complimentary storage is provided for two (2) weeks once an order is ready to ship.

Storage fees apply thereafter. Items held for over 12 months or where storage fees exceed the value of the item may be deemed abandoned and claimed by PIT324 to recover costs.

Warranty & Product Usage

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only.

Many products are intended for off-road or competition use and may not be legal for road use in certain jurisdictions. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

All images, product descriptions, and content created by PIT324 are protected intellectual property.

Unauthorised use requires a paid licence of USD $100 per image or product description per year. Use without permission constitutes acceptance of these terms.
